The setting of this film starts as a game show; ”Who wants to me a millionaire.” A little boy named Jamal and his older brother were stranded after their mother passed away. Jamal seen a strange girl in the rain and decided to let her join them under the shelter. They awoke to a really nice man that gave them a coca- cola and took them away to a camp with a whole bunch of kids. They loved the place and thought the man was really nice. They come to find that the man takes the eyeballs out of the boys and the girls he uses for prostitution. Jamal and his brother got away from the bad man, but left the girl (lakita) behind. Ever since Jamal had left the camp, he felt bad and wanted to rescue Lakita. Jamal was a contestant on the game show; the host of the show thought Jamal was cheating since he had nothing more than a couple grades of education. He answered all the questions by his life experiences. Jamal wins the game, gets the girl he is love with; he can finally live a life without worry if he’s going to eat the next day.
